*MINORS (this piercing is for Minors ONLY between the age of 5yrs - 14yrs) - Included with piercing: Saline Spray solution - Must be accompanied by a legal guardian with proof of guardianship. - The minor must have access to a photo I.D and the guardian must have a I.D. Examples of additional forms of guardianship: birth certificate, court paperwork certifying the guardianship or minors I.D and guardians I.D with matching last name.
